The World’s 50 Best Restaurants List for 2021 Is Here

After a hiatus in 2020, the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list is back. Every year, more than 1,000 international restaurant industry experts scour the globe to find and rank restaurants. The annual list has become something of a bucket list for avid foodies and travelers, with many booking a reservation before their flights. Restaurants pay close attention to their rank on the list, with every spot a celebration.

2020 saw a pivot for the list, with 50 Best instead focused on fundraising and restaurant support, handing out grants to more than 200 restaurants and bars. Now, the list is back as dining continues to normalize.
