La Scuola Culinaria at Tuscan Kitchen in Salem, New Hampshire
Details: This installment in a series from executive chef Amanda Palmer focuses on how to make ricotta gnocchi complemented by a wine tasting. The class begins with a stem of prosecco and crostini, features hands-on instruction, and ends with a gift bag filled with cookies and recipe cards.

Grilling with a Master at SW Steakhouse, Las Vegas, Nevada
Details: Executive chef and author of The New American Steakhouse Cookbook David Walzog teaches this outdoors cookout class followed by lunch. The class covers how to select the right cuts, seasoning, and achieving the perfect char.
