OpenTable is pleased to highlight the honorees in the MICHELIN Guide Chicago 2017. Twenty-six restaurants are included, with two Windy City restaurants receiving the Michelin three-star level, the highest recognition in the culinary world, including Grace, and five achieving two Michelin stars. Nineteen restaurants earned one Michelin star. GreenRiver and Oriole, among others, are new to the list.

Being included in the respected MICHELIN Guide is a sign of excellence and quality. In the U.S., the 2017 MICHELIN Guide is forthcoming for New York, and we recently highlighted the honorees in London, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C.

Fifty-four restaurants are included, with six Bay Area restaurants receiving the Michelin three-star level, the highest recognition in the culinary world, including Quince, and seven achieving two Michelin stars. Forty-one restaurants earned one Michelin star. Hashiri and The Progress, among others, are new to the list.

Being included in the respected MICHELIN Guide is a sign of excellence and quality. In the U.S., 2017 MICHELIN Guides are forthcoming for Chicago and New York, and we recently highlighted the honorees in London and Washington, D.C.

Introducing Premium Access Reservations in Boston: Frequent Diners Earn Special Access to Hard-to-Book Restaurants

We are pleased to announce that we are piloting a new Premium Access reservations feature, which rewards frequent OpenTable diners with special access to in-demand reservations set aside by participating restaurants especially for them. The new feature allows restaurants to fill seats with frequent, high-value diners while giving loyal OpenTable users access to some of Boston’s hottest tables using their OpenTable Dining Rewards Points.

You can experience the new feature at participating restaurants by signing into your OpenTable account via the mobile app, choose the Boston area, look for the “Premium Access” category on the home screen and select the restaurant where you would like to dine. If the restaurant’s standard reservations are fully booked, diners with enough points will be able to view and book Premium Access reservations.

The nation’s capital isn’t just a hotbed of politics — it’s fast become a flashpoint of culinary talent with a top-notch dining scene that delights locals and travelers alike. On this first year of getting its own guide, we are pleased to highlight the honorees in the MICHELIN Guide Washington D.C. 2017. Twelve restaurants are included. While no establishment achieved the coveted three-star designation, three received two Michelin stars, and nine earned one Michelin star.
