DC Diners: Attend ‘Chefs Take a Stand’ on June 22nd to Help End Domestic Violence

If you’re planning on being in the Washington, D.C. area on June 22nd, OpenTable is pleased to invite you to join The National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV) and some of the nation’s top female chefs from 6-8PM at Sequoia for “Chefs Take a Stand.” Designed to raised money for NNEDV to support survivors of domestic violence through innovative projects and partnerships, this event combines three amazing ingredients: good food, great cocktails, and an important social cause.

Culinary participants include Meshelle Armstrong (Restaurant Eve), Ris Lacoste (Ris), Kate Jansen and Tracy O’Grady (Willow), Shannon Overmiller (The Majestic), Nora Pouillon (Restaurant Nora), and others. Mixology experts include Alison Christ of Liberty Tavern and Lyon Hall and the staff at Sequoia. Top Chef alum Carla Hall will also be on hand.

I would love to up against Kenny Gilbert! He was a beast in the kitchen and went home too soon on our season. Really, he was a threat to us all.
