The Montclair Food & Wine Festival, Inc. was incorporated in September 2011 by of a unique group of community volunteers, local chefs, restaurateurs, and industry professionals. As food and wine enthusiasts, our Board of Trustees has designed a two-day event that will recognize, celebrate, and share the culinary wealth and diversity of Montclair, while pursuing charitable and educational purposes.
On June 1, 2013, attend the Montclair Food & Wine Festival Grand Tasting. From 6PM-10PM, guests will enjoy an evening of diverse culinary offerings from many of the state’s finest restaurants, including Next Door, Samba, Le Salbuen, A Toute Heure, Fricassee, Brick Lane, Corso 98, and an eight-foot raw bar provided by FIN. Gary’s Wine & Marketplace will be presenting wines and spirits from around the world. Want an exclusive experience? The Prelude Grand Tasting Ticket ($110) gets you in the door at 6PM. Sip the wines and taste offerings from our participating restaurants one hour before General Admission! On June 2, 2013, attend the Montclair Food & Wine Festival Gala Dinner. From 5PM-10PM, guests will enjoy an exclusive evening of collaborative culinary wizardry! A six course custom dining experience, designed and prepared by Chef Mitchell Altholz,Highlawn Pavilion, Chef Zod Arifai, Blu, Next Door, daryl, Chef Michael Carrino, Pig & Prince, Chef Ryan DePersion, Fascino, Bar Cara, NICO Kitchen + Bar, Chef Ariane Duarte, CulinAriane, Chef Francesco Palmieri, Orange Squirrel, Sharon Sevrens, proprietor of Montclair’s Amanti Vinowill be pairing wines to each course and giving an educational explanation about her selection.
