On January 27, 2014, you’re invited to join New York City’s most notable chefs, mixologists, and entertainers at A Night Out for the Philippines: Building A Village Together. The benefit will be held from 8PM to 11PM at Bagatelle New York in the Meatpacking District. The event features dishes prepared by the city’s most regarded chefs –Paul Liebrandt of The Elm; Michael White of Marea; George Mendes of Aldea; Laurent Kaltkotour of Atrium; Philippe Bertineau of Benoit; Andrew Carmellini of The Dutch; Sebastien Chamaret of Bagatelle New York to name a few– and cocktail concoctions by Joaquin Simo of Pouring Ribbons and Jillian Vose of Death & Co. In addition, there will be music by DJs Stan Courtois, Benjamin Dumazot and Jason Jinx and a live/silent auction with graciously donated items ranging from one-of-a-kind products to delicious dinners and dream trips.
