Got a confirmation 3 days before from Open Table. We called the restaurant the day before to add one more person to our party. This was going to be a family reunion, for our daughter’s graduation from FIU. When we arrived to our 7 pm reservation we found the restaurant closed. A policemam told us it has been closed for 3 weeks. This has been a regretful experience. Open Table should be aware of this situations, and instead of confirming, tell us about the situation.
