Are all Chefs ARROGANT? I have encountered a few in my life and all of them have this horrible attitude. They are verbally abusive to their staff. If so why are they like that???

@Delia. No. I booked a farewell dinner at Chef Mehta’s (2009 Next Iron Chef runner up) restaurant, Mehtaphor, about 10 months ago. They worked with me on setting up a menu and were very accommodating that day when there was something the guest of honor cannot eat – Chef Mehta made a special dish just for the guest of honor. I met Chef Mehta when he came out to greet us personally after the meal. I am very impressed by his food and his friendliness.
