Headed to Washington, DC for February 14th….What/where to eat dinner near White House??

Love the service of open table and use it both when traveling (which we do a lot), as well as at home. However, think the ratings should be altered, on the noise level category…energetic doesn’t describe the opposite of quiet…quiet, moderate, loud, should be the choices. Many dinners do not want or enjoy loud restaurants and that should be a part of the normal ratings.
