2/9/10 LUPA Norceria dinner notable for Severe Institutional Portion Control. Lardo: inch of ardo on tiny bread slice. Salad: -2 treviso leaves, 5 forkfuls squash, small pc mozzarella. Great Pasta gricia. 2 slices pork tenderloin w/total o 2 Ts coarse polenta & overcooked shredded cardoon. Very sad.
